roo has congestion & swollen foot

2 yr old std cochin roo; moved to duck barn to keep other roo from beating up. Has had "cold" or gurgle all winter - no nasal or eye discharge. No other birds affected. He also has sore swolen R foot that he holds up. He stands on 1 foot all day, hunched by food. Eats & drinks (vit & electrolites in heated water"; normal poop;
ivermectin pour on a week ago; moved to duck barn. Wood chips/planer curls deep bedding.

Chickens do not get colds. He needs treatment ASAP. You'll need probably need to treat the entire flock, as I suspect his swollen foot is a separate issue. A severe respirator infection (in theory) could cause other swelling, but swelling in the foot is unlikely to cause lung troubles.

Once the respiratory thing starts, it goes around very quickly. Some birds never seem sick, and then suddenly croak.
