Roo or pullet, Australorp or Ameraucana?

Looking for help in the sex and breed of chicken. We bought this chicken from a breeder 5 weeks ago (now 12-13 weeks old).
The breeder intended to give us a Black Australorp pullet, but later indicated it might be an Ameraucauna bc it looked more blue (which she also had in her flock at the same age). [ I actually wanted the Ameraucauna, but got the two names swapped in my head and I was ordering 6 different breeds. Either way I'm happy with this bird. ]
The bird is very comfortable around us, the kids named it Chill because of how calm it is.
Any ideas if this is really a pullet, and which breed? Hopefully these images aren't too bad, and sufficient. I can get better ones if they're not.

By the comb,, it does not fit Ameraucauna, and by the color,, its not a Black Australorp. It still may be an Australorp, but maybe mixed with Blue.
Lets see what others suggest.

Looks like an EE/OE to me. I’m pretty sure I see a beard

The comb looks very red to me for its age. I would think it's a cockerel, but I'm still very new. Someone else will chime in, I'm sure. As for breed, I'm no help, sorry. It doesn't look like a pure bed from either of those breeds. Maybe a mix?

It is definitely a cockerel with a comb that large and red. He's an Easter egger.
