Roo or pullet? Breed?

Hi!

I’m afraid we may have a roo! When I bought this “girl”, she was said to be a frizzled Easter egger. I definitely do not think she’s frizzled and may also be a ‘he’ (due to pattern, tail feathers).

Any ideas? Should be about 10-12 weeks old.

That's an EE cockerel! When you buy chicks as 'frizzled' there's a 50/50 chance they'll be frizzled or smooth feathered (like yours).

That is interesting. That tail does suggest male, but I would expect the comb to be bigger.

Frizzle only affects half the chicks when Crossing frizzle x smooth parents. I think it's a pullet but it could be early
