A hatchery probably isn’t going to sell an andalusian mix. If they want egg layers, hatcheries almost always use leghorns in the mix.

Some of the Prairie bluebell eggers Hoover's has look very much like black andalusian mixes

Just looked at Hilltop Farms. The only thing I see as a plausible scenario is this bird being an OE
