This thing is about 8 months old - and shows no sign of being interested in any of my girls. My 5 roos have never tried to romance it either. What do you think? It was kinda runty when we got it - so we are curious - what do you think??? She is a mutt - woman had about a thousand chickens so didnt know who was doing who...

It's a roo for sure, but he doesn't look 8 months old. Looks about 5 months old.

pretty sure on age.. he's always been a runt'....tends to be the black sheep of the flock thanks for the info


now i have to get it in my rooster's head that it probably won't be a good gf - he's our slow one who appears to have decided that this will be his new sweetie... but the other roo started getting a bit cranky with it
