My 13 week old rooster is becoming a little aggressive to my hens. I have 4 older hens and a pullet the same age as him. Today he chased around an older hen, and when he caught her, he tried to mate her. I grabbed him before he could but my hen was quite stressed out by the situation. Is there any way that I can get him to calm down. He's such a sweet boy to me and I have to find a way for him to be nice to them too. I don't plan on getting rid of him.

He's being a normal adolescent! Your hens and pullets need space, and areas out of sight, and of course multiple feeders and waterers in different locations, so nobody is harassed too much. Do you actually have hens, or just older pullets? Often hens help manage these youngsters, although having a mature rooster helps even more.
If your cockerel is causing injuries, that's not good at all. Otherwise, it's probably a phase that he'll go through, and then develop better manners.

I have 4 hens that are 2 years old. They absolutely hate him. He hasn't hurt them physically other than a few pulled feathers but my one hen is afraid of him now. I have 6 chickens in a ten by twelve coop and she can get away, but she's my baby girl and I don't want her stressed.

He's also attacking me now. He bit me a few times. Will that get better with age?
No. You need to put a stop to this and now.

The mature hens should be kicking his butt. Separate him into his own run next to the others so he can't harass them. Try reintroducing him when he is older and see if his manners have improved at all.

Any reason you want to keep him? IMO so far he does not seem to have many redeeming qualities.

I will put him in the big dog crate for a while and see if it works. He was hand raised and he likes to sleep in my lap and he comes when I call. I love him even though he's starting to act like a jerk. I just don't want to have to send him away.
