Rooster appears to be bleeding from the mouth

I am not sure why but my Rooster who has not gotten into anything or has not been attacked seems to be bleeding from the mouth. He has dried and wet blood around his beak and one eye seems a little foamy. Please any suggestions on what this is?

He also seems to have black or dark stool
