Rooster attacked ducks eye!

I used a syringe without a needle not sure what there called but there for medicine and just sprayed a little at a time..that's how I saw his blinking reflexes besides him not being able to see the eye seems to be acting normal theres a little extra skin piece under his eye hanging on by a little bit of skin attached.will that fall off on its own?

Possibly his third eye is torn..It should dry up but not be replaced. A Vet would be best to look at his eye..

Here is a picture update putting triple ointment and rinsing it out.
