My rooster has usually been "cream of the crop". He is only 2. He was bloody yesterday so I cleaned him off thinking it was the pecking order. Now today his eyes are swollen up and the scabby cloot things are back. Any help? He also seemed to be disoriented and his wattles may have been swollen.

Pictures always help to identify what is wrong. Is he being picked on by another rooster? Remember that he could be sick, and the others could be pecking him. Respiratory diseases and other problems can cause swollen eyes and wattles.

This is him after I put the Vetrx on him

He really looks beat up. The eyes are swollen and goopy, which could be due to either pecking or a respiratory disease. Does he have a bad odor from his face? Does he have any coughing, nasal drainage, or rattles when he breathes?
