Hi, all! Is this an issue? Doesn’t seem to bother him in any way. Right eye is completely covered at all times.

But in all seriousness, as long as it isn't causing him any issues, I wouldn't worry

It can be normal in large combed chickens. Make sure that he is drinking plenty of fluids, and not dehydrated, and can see to get food and water.

It can make him a less efficient flock protector with limited vision and he may also be more subject to predation himself.

I'd not personally want it passed on to offspring in my flock.

So it depends partly on your goals as to whether it's an issue or not.
