How old are they?
The 4X5 pens would work. But I would worry about predator protection.
Your temps are a bit chilly for Silkie and Showgirl (imho) so you would need to tarp the pens well to provide them protection from wind/elements. Deep bedding of straw too.

How frustrating. I think most of us have run into something like this at some point. Even me, I have cages/extra housing, but when all breaks loose, it can be a bit dicey getting everyone separated out and making sure they are safe/secure and settled, especially with cold temperatures.

Here is little setup used for an old American Dominique cock. His roost is only 16" above the ground. When it gets really cold he can go into the box which as an east facing opening. A piece of plywood is used to block north wind.

I have a much lighter setup that is well suited for more protected locations.

I would place the little pens inside the run where the assumption is predators are excluded. Otherwise, predator management for entire area is in need of an upgrade even before the roosters decided to get unpleasant.

I believe thats what may have caused it. They showed absolute no aggression until i got the new girls. I have read that as well, My friend where i got some of my birds from said she just puts them together and lets them fight it out and never had any serious harm. of coarse this is my first year in chickens so im too scared to do that but i might have too. I do plan on supervising them before permanent placing them together. I know not to seperate anything due to this only can prolong the issue due to them needing to establish their pecking order. all i know is this next week is going to be hella stressfull

Do you know how you will split the hens between the cockerels?
They're a bit young to have favorites so by breed might be a solution.
Biggest hens for your largest cockerel would be one way I would approach this if you can't split by breed.
I feel for you. One of the first fights I had to deal with was a fight to the death between Maran roosters. There was blood and snot all over the place and I really wasn't sure what I should do.

They will be able handle cold so long as you can keep them dry. On smaller pens I simply drape an old rug over the top to block rain. A board on north side can the be used to block coldest wind. For birds where feathers are in poor shape (heavy molt) I provide them a box stuffed with a little hay they can retreat to.

Ya the run is not the most predator safe but the housing is super safe. I mean i know coyotes, fox, hawks,etc can get them during the day but it is most dangerous around here at night. thats why their housing is super secure. They were actually going to be free ranging birds until the boys were excessively trying to breed with the females were ready as well as before i decided to separate them to breed for certain traits. But now my plan is to beild a secure, completely enclosed run

Oh no that is terrible! Im sorry to hear! I had a strategy in mind before i picked up some new hens, mille fluer d'uccles. I thought they were standard size and would be appropriate size for my silkie mix roo but after picking them up i discovered they are bantam and i believe entirely to small so will be crossing them with silkie. So they will be seperated by size which should still work out in my favor other then the duccles

Ya this is super frustrating!! if it was springtime it would not be as bad. would give more timing but now they decided to do it in colder weather. so now i have to build secure weather friendly enclosure is so little time
