On the toes as well? Once I saw the foot he bears weight on, the so-called good foot, I thought Bumblefoot pretty quick....but the toes I am uncertain about.

I would say Definitely on the pad of the foot, not sure about the toes. I have not had to treat Bumblefoot yet, so I'm not the expert with that, but lots of people have had good luck treating it.
