He has his eyes closed sometimes squieted. Rooster doesn't like to walk outside anymore. Rooster has blood by nose. Has spot on his back that's bloody. He's missing a lot of stomach feathers.

Welcome to BYC -- I am so sorry you have joined under these circumstances, though.
Can you tell us a bit more so we can help you and your bird? Do you know what happened to cause him to be in this condition - ie predator attack, fight in the flock, etc? How long has he been in this condition?
For right now you need to isolate him in an "intensive care" unit (cage, box, whatever you have) in a warm, quiet, dimly lit place (such as in your home). Provide food and water, if you have electrolyte powder available it's a good idea to put that in the water now. Clean wounds gently but thoroughly - monitor those for any sign of infection. Monitor food/water intake and waste output.

He has had his feather lost for about since last Summer. He has a heat lamp in the coop. He has food and water. We think he lost his feather from sitting in his own poop because it's only on his stomach and tail. We haven't washed the back and it's been there for about 2 weeks. He came out of the coop in Friday but just sat on the ice and he hasn't came out of the coop since he just sits in the coop with his eyes closed.
