Rooster having trouble walking

This is breaking my heart seeing him like this. I gave him a nice cold bath which he seemed to like. I put some more permethrin dust on him and rubbed coconut oil on his legs. He ate a couple worms but seems pretty lethargic. I can’t believe I didn’t see these mites until now. :(
He's lethargic or just slow/depressed because of the difficulty walking?

It might just be because he’s having trouble walking. He’s in with the hens right now. He walks around occasionally to eat and crow but mostly is sitting down. How long before he feels better?

It sounds like he is limiting his activity by himself.
I would make sure that he's eating/drinking well.

It's hard to know how long before he feels better since you don't know what's causing the limping.

Here is a video of him today. His leg still seems to be bothering him. It couldn’t be mareks, could it? I think he’s eating and drinking okay because he will take treats from me. He seems to know to not move around much. I wonder if he just injured his leg somehow.

Crate him, for his own good.

This is what I do for a limping bird, have had a few.
If limp is really bothering them by inhibiting their normal activities too much, I will isolate them in a crate to 'force' rest for a day or two. Letting them out late in day, an hour before roost time, to give them a stretch and evaluate their mobility, then decide if they need another day and put them back in crate off roost after dark. Repeat stretch and eval the next day until they are better. Keep crate in coop so bird can remain 'with' the flock.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Awww...Poor Fella :hugs
It's really hard to know if he's suffering from Marek's or if it's just an injury.
