Rooster in neighbors yard... what is he?

My neighbor had this lovely fellow wander into her yard a few weeks ago and will not leave. LOL She asked if I could see if anyone here could help identify him...

that's what I was thinking too. probably a cross but he does have the Columbian coloring, but looks like he has a little Buff color as well.

Looks like a barnyard mutt to me, of no particular breed.

He looks like a light Brahma with naked legs.

I googled light sussex rooster, and some of the pics showed yellow legs.

I don't own any Light Sussex, but all of my Speckled Sussex have white legs.
