Rooster injured

My rooster who is 4 months old got in a fight with a hen or rooster I'm not sure. I was busy and when I came back home I saw my rooster in my front door covered in blood. He got injured in his wattles and comb. under his eyes also got hurt. I need help on the injuries. Will it get infected? what do I need to do?

Comb and wattle injuries may bleed profusely, but should heal with time. For superficial lacerations, I like to spray with Vetericyn (as long as it's not cold where you are, or frostbite may occur). If he's going to be with other chickens - and obviously he needs to be kept away from the other rooster while he heals - you may want to use Blu Kote, instead, on the comb/wattles to discourage pecking.

The injuries near his eyes should be examined carefully to verify that his eyes aren't involved. If they are, that would be more concerning than the comb/wattles.
