Put him in there for a few days.

They don’t free range only in evenings if weather is nice but they are enclosed in a run. Do you think that will help straighten him up?

How big is your run?
Where is this other coop in relation to the main coop and run?
Dimensions and pics would help here.

It might straighten him up but the main goal right now is that at least the hen will get a break from being beaten up.
