I'm still feeling like such a newbie to chickens.

My rooster is limping. He has been doing this for a couple of days now. I can't see anything obviously wrong with his foot. Attached photo. No other chickens are having issues, substrate is sand.

Any ideas? I'm looking up bumblefoot and mites and such but admittedly don't really know what I'm doing here 😅

*Edited because I fumbled phone and hit post too soon, lol

You would need to soak his feet in a warm Epsom salt bath for 20 minutes. Then with all the debri off his feet then re-examine his feet.

Take more photos if you're not sure of what your looking at and post it here.

He isn't going to like that! I'll give it a go and report back if it's still questionable, thanks
