We have a Barred Rock rooster, Brooks. He is around 9 months old and suddenly he is loosing his voice. In the mornings his crow sounds pretty normal but as the day goes on it gets worse, and by evening he looses his voice mid-crow. But the next morning it is normal again and the process starts over. Any thoughts on what is going on? And any cures if needed?

Do you have a video of him?
How often is he crowing?
Have you noticed any respiratory symptoms or did he happen to have respiratory illness when he was younger?
Have you added any new birds to your flock within the last 30days?

Look inside his beak for any lesions, plaques or sores. Check his crop to make sure it's empty in the morning before he eats/drinks. Also consider having a fecal float.

He crows about every minute

We added new birds about 2 months ago.
Thank you I will consider that

He crows about every minute....We added new birds about 2 months ago.
LOL About every minute? Does he stop to eat/drink and mate?
If he is crowing that much, then likely that is why he's hoarse by the end of the day:hmm

By chance is one of the 2 new birds you added a couple of months ago a cockerel/rooster?

Every minute?? Oh my.
He is still young. He will probably chill as he matures, and take the crowing down a notch.
