Hi, just read some of your post and thread... Did you ever find him at all, any feathers or sign of him at all?

If not, I am very sorry and it must have been a predator (hawk? eagle? something that could grab and fly and not leave a trace?)....

I do hope that all else is better.. and, I am sorry for your loss... also, do hope that you can protect the girls... the predator, once it has gotten a meal will come back looking for more. So, do be careful to watch and protect the rest, keep them safe and closed off from any predator's reach.

im gonna kill B.J. ( bob jr.) i caught him today ( barely by the tail feathers) and i screamed at his little face ( his comb had evidence of fight

) " WHY ON EARTH WASNT IT YOU YOU LITTLE TWERP!! I HATE YOU!! I HATE YOU!!" and so on for a few minutes, then i started to cry really hard! he killed my little sweet heart!
