Rooster neck and tail feathers

Will a rooster continue growing its curved tail feathers and skinny pointed rump feathers in its first year until its full grown, or will it be the next year after its 1st molt before it looks like a full grown rooster?

The tail and saddle feathers will continue to grow longer and larger as time progresses

the pointed feathers usually come in at 3 months, by 6 months old, they should have thier adult feathering.

by 6 months the chick should look like a pullet or a cockerel. they go through several molts in their first year
