Rooster Noise and Behavior

I currently have 9 hens...6 RIR and 3 Bantams. I would really like to throw a rooster in the mix....just because I want one to be honest. I am no trying to hatch the eggs or anything like that. I have a close neighbor that is very tollerant to my chickens, however dont want to get on their nerves with a loud rooster. Do yall recommend a handsome breed of rooster that tends to be on the quiter side?? Obviously one that will still crow, but I didnt know if some were typically quieter than others.

Its a personality thing much more then a breed thing. A mature rooster who is secure in his place is less likely to crow constantly. Other then that who knows how much noise he'll make.

Yea I knew that was kind of a broad question....but at the same time, being a newby to chickens...I didnt know if there was a breed that was known to make less noise.
