Rooster noise meanings

Thanks! He’s only 6-7 months old but seems to be headed for being a really good rooster. He gets in the nesting boxes and gives the girls little talks about them, he shows them where the treats are and even sings the egg song. I just wasn’t sure if this sound was for her or for me.

It was for her. A good roo will usually show a hen where to lay.

So he's a cockerel.

Wouldn’t it be great if there was a resource with videos in one place with a variety of rooster noises and their meanings? I could probably compile quite a few because this guy makes A LOT of different noises, way more than our other rooster, but I would need help putting together what they mean because these boys are my first roosters.
