Rooster not acting normal for about a week. Lethargic, fluffed, away from flock, stands still, or just lays down. Bubblefoot??? Please help!

If you are absolutely sure it is bumble foot I would call your local vet and ask for erythromycin or penicillin immediately and possibly Meloxicam for pain and inflammation. Explain his state and hopefully they are able to give the prescription without a visit. But again only if you are sure that is what it is I am not a vet and I'm only speaking from my own experience and what I would do in this situation. Please keep me updated on how this sweet beautiful boy is doing.

Can he have human penicillin?

I don't see where it's swollen there is it possible to get the bottom of his foot?

De in his food will not treat lice, mites or worms.

I'd work on getting him hydrated. Hold a cup of the vitamin/electrolyte water up to his beak and see if he will drink on his own.
If he's not drinking, then you can try syringing or tubing fluids into him.

What's his crop feel like?

The bone you see is his keel bone. It is a bit sharp, likely because he's underweight.
Make sure he's able to see.

I'm not sure what's going on with him, but his stance says he's not well. He needs hydration and then to eat a nutritionally balanced feed.

I didn't check for mites buy I can tomorrow. I'll put some diatomaceous earth in his food tho.

My Silkie Rooster was having similar symptoms about 5 weeks ago. When his limp became worse and he was laying more than standing, I took him to a farm Vet. The Dr. Checked his stool and there was no Cocci. or parasites. He did see more bacteria than normal, so he gave him an antibiotic inj. (gave me the second dose to give 3 days later) and gave him B12 and steroid inj. My roo seemed a bit better, 1-2 days afterwards, but then back to laying around. He progressively got worse, unable to stand. After reading online, I suspected Marek’s disease (no cure and contagious to chickens. My Vet agreed and I had the Vet. put him to sleep. It broke my heart, as he and another Silkie hen were my 1st chickens since 1 day old. He was only 1 1/2 yr old. There is a vaccination for Marek’s but it has to be given within 24 hrs. of hatching.
Hopefully your roo doesn’t have Marek’s, but do separate him, regardless. Best of luck to you and your roo!

He is the only one with symptoms he has been separated for a few days he's just getting worse. We think he has bumblefoot, vent gleet, and maybe sour crop or crop impaction

Is there any pus coming out? How swollen is that compared to his other foot? Again I'm more familiar with ducks than chickens LOL. What have you done so far for the bumble foot?

I'm really worried that he's not going to make it, but I'm trying and I just feel like there is so much that is going on with him and so much stuff I have to try and give him and he just gets worse
