That buff is a pullet and tail/neck feathers have NO implication at this age. Gender specific feathering (shape not color) starts to come in around 12 weeks on most breeds.
At this age it's all about comb and wattle development and color in addition to behavioral clues.. and your physical characteristics is saying ALL lady!![]()
