I am not so good of recognizing chicken gender specially at your chicken age, think it will be a rooster . but really have a beautiful chick, what is its breed.

Both comb and coloring indicate cockerel. Really pretty boy though!

by the color of the chick you can see that they are roosters, roosters are always lighter then the hens, on this picture here you can see 2 roosters and one hen, the hen is to the left and the roosters to the right (I took this picture on google, so these are not mine)

also your chick has big red comb and wattles so that's a sign to

Thank it’s beautiful.., I live in city and so attached to this guy. He follows me everywhere. I even bring him in house on a blanket. I am worried about crowing. I ordered crow Velcro collar. Hope they work. My intent was to have a dark chocolate brown egg layer lol. Guess I’ll have to get another chick and pray for a hen this time. Any help appreciated coming from the city girl.
