Ok thank you. I knew they were silkies lol but was unsure of their gender. What is the difference I don't see?

Sorry, I was being lazy missing words out! It should have read:

Those silkies are both male

I know this because they both have streamers pointing backwards out of their crests, and from their tall muscular stance.

I can also see on the first one that it has rough neck feathers, rather than fluffy, which is another sign. And his tail is starting to curve.

Ok, yeah mine are about 5 months old or 6..(so tiny for thier age tho?)...I can't remember at this moment, I just know they were born may 9th. anyway thank you for the info i was afraid that they were both roos. It's just our luck lol

Yeah, I've got 4 boys out of 6 chicks hatched right now. Bad luck indeed!!
