Rooster or Hen??????!?

[BOs and Silkie]

I have a partridge silkie and I got her from mypetchicken and i ordered a hen. She has been acting weird and has been pecking me when I go near her. She is developing a little bit of a greenish color feathers on her tail. Is she a rooster or hen?

Sounds like a roo. But a pic would really show what gender he/she is.

Of the four silkie pullets I received from MPC in February, one (the partridge) ended up being male. I would not go by assertiveness though, as my blue pullet was (and still is) my most aggressive silkie...I was suspicious of her for months, mostly due to her behaviors. Post a pic (with age) and maybe we can better help you.
