Well that wasn't very good. I normally like legs and thighs, but that was the darkest dark meat I've ever seen except for maybe duck. The breast was good though.

I had 3 But one was way too ornery, Kept going after the kids and mom. had to eat him.
I kept my other 2 around just to keep my eggs fertile. No need for it, but those who know how to tell a fertile egg always comment "You have a Rooster!"
