Rooster or hen

We got six chicks in march. 3ee, 1glw, 2bo. 2 of the ee are almost twice the size of the other 4. One started crowing so we know he is a roo. The other hasn't started to crow. The 2 of them were caught beating up my only laying hen, a red sexlink that is 1 year old. We seperated the 2 in another coop and now the crowing one is betting up the other big ee.
Do they start crowing at different times? Cold the other not b a roo?
Any help is very much appreciated.

Yes, I've heard of them crowing as early as 5 days. But I have one that didn't start until he was 23 weeks old. If he was beating up on the hen it could be a roo. Could you post some pics?

pics of all of them would help and housing 2 cockerels together with no pullets can be lethal for one or both of them

Yeah, I would move those roos soon. I have two Golden Campines that always were best friends, then they both wanted the same Naked Neck and things got bad.
