Rooster question

I ordered 15 female day olds ended up with 2 roos. We got 5 week olds a few days earlier. We lost 1 baby had 19 total. They are just now reaching sexual maturity. I have a gorgeous ee and a huge buff orp roo. They are friendlier than some of our girls! Only 1 has started crowing but only on rare occasion. I have been watching because I wasn't sure about keeping them permanently and they both have shown to be good protectors and have earned their place with us. My buff rooster ran off and attacked a cat, my ee keeps his eye on the sky and alerts at anything he sees and runs the girls to safety. And both roos are scared of the girls and usually are last to eat and drink. It's hot summer time here in Texas and I take frozen treats out in the afternoons, I hand feed the boys because the girls won't let them have any. Lol good luck
