Rooster question

I have 3 roosters that look different. I was told they were all roosters. Is it normal for same aged roosters to be so different in development? The big 1 crows but the other 2 hang out with the hens. Hens aren't laying yet but I need to get rid of roosters soon. About 13-14weeks old

Mostly wondering why the development was different. Im new to raising them and trying to learn.
Is it because the boss is beating them up?

He’s decided to be the big boi. They might be slightly younger than the boss. But they hang out with the hens because they’re subordinates. That also might be why they’re developing slower- or genetics.

Everyone doesn't grow up at the same rate, even if closely related. they are all cockerels, so far deferring to the most mature individual.
