Rooster standing on Hock or Kneecap of both feet (pics)

Hello all Bycers!
I have a rooster (who hatched in my homemade incubator

), he is sick nowadays. He stands on Hocks (Kneecaps) of his feet and can't stand on his legs. I am giving him glucose, plus feeding him regularly, but ofcouse he is not getting any exercise so he is very weak now. His eyes are watery and waste accumulates in his eyes every morning. Any one has a clue what he has? or cure? any help at all will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Quite honestly, I'd have put him down long before now, but you've got to do what you think best. He's certainly been beat up, by the looks of things.

that is quite possible actually as this is a fighting breed (ASEEL), but I love'em, I don't let them fight. But they could have....
