Rooster toe tip frostbit?

I don't think its frostbite but it almost looks like something got wrapped around his toe and cut off circulation.

I thought that, but I never saw anything wrapped around it, and I check on them 2+ times a day. 🤔

My rooster, (Big Caramel) had a swollen toe. I thought it was either from him hurting it jumping off roost in morning, or it got frostbit. Now over 2 weeks later, and toe is still swollen but it hasn't spread to rest of foot. Toe tip seems shrunken and turning black underneath. I soaked it in Epsom salt bath for 15 min other day and cleaned it up. Still looks the same. I'm pretty sure it got frostbit somehow. What I was wondering is if it will fall off on it's own? There's not a vet that will see chickens around where I live, so I'm hoping it won't have to be amputated. If it were to fall off, how long does that take? He's had this for about 3 weeks now. He eats and drinks and runs around fine. He doesn't even seem to notice it. I spray it with vetericyn once a day.
Update: Big Caramel unexpectedly passed away today. I don't know if his toe contributed. We think he had a heart attack. I miss him so much already.
