Rooster who doesn't/won't crow?

Yeah, theyre already upset that the city legally allows me to have hens, so a crowing rooster is a no go! "crowing" being the opportune word LOL

I did. Unfortunately it turned out her had a respiratory issue. By the time I noticed the vet said it was too late.
