Rooster with red, cloudy eyes and is very weak

I went outside to see my chickens a few minutes ago and I saw my rooster sitting down with his eyes closed. We let him out and he just sat down with his eyes closed. Now that he was outside, I opened his eyelids and his eyes were red! I was so worried about him. He wouldn't stand and was so weak and didn't want to open his eyes. He stood up just awhile ago but he was still closing his eyes and very weak. Yesterday he was just fine. Tell me if you need more info. Please help!

When was he last wormed? Has he lost weight? Any bugs on him? What is his diet? Any mold in feed lately? What type of bedding do you use? Have you sprayed any chemicals lately?

Too late. My rooster passed away a few hours ago. I am so sad. I will tell more about it in another topic tomorrow. It's sad that I don't know what killed him.

Did you ever find out what this chicken died of? I have two chickens with lethargy and red eyes.
