Rooster with severe coordination/balance issues

Update from this morning:
I tubed him twice yesterday totaling 150ml of water. He has been pooping, but hasn’t completely cleared his crop this morning. Im
Going to give him another 60ml of water in a moment.

I guess my biggest question at the moment is am I doing the right thing. He was laying completely on his side this morning and not even sitting upright. He’s also been breathing out of his mouth, and is now doing something odd with his left wing. Holding it slightly away from his body, always leaning on his right side, never the left, and when I inspected it/put pressure on it he stretches out his neck and raises his hackles. I’ll try to get a video. I thought I saw improvement in the beginning but now I’m starting to wonder. I’m wondering if he’s starting to give up and if there’s much more I can do. I also know I’m the only one who can make that decision, but I need help knowing what my options are here. What is the likelihood he will recover at this point? If there’s a chance then I will keep fighting, I guess I’m just getting discouraged.
Especially since im
Going on 4 weeks now since the original post, and I haven’t had much improvement. I know starvation can hide the improvement he may have been making, but I’ve been tribe feeding for over a week now and I’m still not seeing improvement from the vitamin E and B12. With wry neck we should be seeing some improvement at this point correct?
The only other question that comes to mind is, could it be related to ALV which my flock carries? He should be immune, but he’s also 11.

Thanks so much for the help everyone, I really appreciate it.

He kind of did it in this video, but he was doing it a lot more when I first went in there.
I thought he might have just not liked me messing with it, but he didn’t react when I did the same thing to the other wing.
View media item 7953867Video, and then a photo of how he’s holding the wing. It doesn’t look like much but it is noticeable.

I hate to have to say this but after a month on vitamin therapy, if he hasn't responded, then it's most likely paralysis from ALV that's behind this. My flock carries the virus and while younger members of the flock do acquire resistance, the resistance often is overcome as the chicken ages. I have seen full blown symptoms in older chickens. Not only that, but the virus appears to be at a maximum level of contagion from this symptomatic individual to any chickens, small chicks especially, that have yet to acquire resistance.

As sad as it is, it may be time to let him go.

These are my thoughts too unfortunately.

He has t gotten any better and I feel bad keeping him alive without seeing any improvement, I feel like he is suffering.

Thank you for the response, this
solidified my thinking. Ugh, even then it never gets easier.

No, it doesn't get easier. Not by a long shot. I'm sorry.
Thank you, I appreciate it and all the help you’ve given me with him.

It’s done. RIP Sam-o, you were the best rooster I’ve ever owned and I was so lucky to have you. You will be forever loved and never replaced. I love you Mister Man.
