Rooster yawning

    I have a young stag that isn't crowing yet but keeps yawnin is that just him tryig to crow or what

    more than likely he is trying to crow. sometimes they are trying to crow in the morning and will tire out their vocal cords and you will see them still trying to crow but can't get a squawk out!

    Thats what mine did right before he started to crow. He was freaking me out for a while though [​IMG]

    thats what mine did right before he stated to crow. I guess at that age for a while they cant get a sound out? It was pretty funny though [​IMG]
