I feel like I should know it is but.. Is this a Rooster? Got them in the beginning of March. Easter Egger.

Yes, the one on the left, pretty certain is a rooster.

Yes that is a rooster and he should start to grow spurs on the inside of his legs about halfway up his legs. You can also tell by the tail feathers. They will start to do this waterfall thing and some will be pointy instead of round

Hens can and do grow spurs too, so that's not really an accurate sign that a bird is a rooster I have a barred rock hen now that has some decent spurs on her.
