Plymouth rock, about 2 years um doesn't eat a lot lately, um eats rice, fruits and vegetables ,no previous medical history, we live by some refineries

You might want to peruse some of the posts on worming - symptoms and treatments, there's lots of info on the forum on this. Of course, it may be something else entirely, but it is the first thing I would be wondering about.
