This is Apollo. He is an Easter Egger. He is 10 weeks old. I am pretty sure he is a rooster. What do you think?

Count the rows in his comb, I believe EE roos have 3 rows.

Not always My Easter Egger is a pullet and she has 3 rows- and Easter Egger combs, in my experience, vary a LOT!

Anyway, with that large and red of a comb, I say rooster- especially at that age.

I would also say cockerel; one thing that stood out to me was the thick legs compared to the other birds in the picture.
