Will he change colors as he gets older? He is about 14 weeks old and is getting some green feathers. I think someone here said he is a partridge rock.

He's beautiful. He'll pretty much stay the same color all his life, but you should expect to see him get shiny feathers on his back (called saddles) and neck (called hackles).
Oh, and a big tail too.

About how old are they when they get those feathers? He actually tried to crow today. Was kinda funny.
