Roosters crow at night???

My little Belgian D'Anver rooster is crowing repeatedly and he won't stop. It is almost 11 pm. He is with 5 little Serama pullets, could that be the reason? Too many girls? They are separated by wire, is it the frustration? I didn't want to put them together until I find a D'Anver hen for the rooster. Then I will put the Serama girls with my Serama rooster and the rooster will have his hen so he won't mind. But I think the girls are too young now.

My roos crow 150 000 times.. all day and all night. I think some just like to do it a lot

My rooster will crow when I disturb the flock, or if something else is outside. I think it is fairly normal for a rooster to crow at night.
