Roosters eyes swollen

we have a small flock and 1 Lavender Orpington Rooster he’s a big heavy healthy bird but his comb got strange after a molt recently and now the area around his eyes are swollen - the comb and wattle have been peppered with white spots but that seem less today- he finished his last molt about 1 month ago at most any help would be appreciated

Where are you located (state/country)
Can you post some clearer photos of the eyes and the white spots on his comb?

The mention of white spots accompanying facial swelling makes me think Fowl Pox, probably Wet Form, but it's hard to see the photos clearly enough, so I'm just taking a guess.

Look inside his beak for any lesions/sores too.
