Rose leaves: Who eats them?

I keep having to move my cat's food higher and higher. I moved it up off the ground and surrounded by barriers so Jake wouldn't eat it and now I have to find a new place for it because Billy has figured out how to balance on the windowsill long enough to eat it.

I had one cat that loved the leaves on roses and would eat all the baby's breath she could be ahold of. She never ate any other kinds of flowers. She would also eat the Christmas tree, break out into a rash and throw up. Gotta love the kitties!!!!

Let's see, In LI NY, I had 80 rose bushes. My parents were driving up from Florida. I was so proud of my roses, all in bloom, couldn't wait for them to see the roses. The night before their arrival, a herd of deer came thru and ate all the roses, just leaving the branches. I cried.
My horses will eat them, but they can't get to them.
