Rosecomb Rhode Island Reds

Rhode Island Whites? Those are very hard to find. I think some great strains have been lost. Good luck, though!

R.I whites are indeed hard to find and they are not up to the level of the R.I red. Duane Urch has both R.I whites and RC R.I reds.
Good luck

Don't know if you know this or not but,
Even though the Rhode Island Red and the Rhode Island White have the same Standard they are two completely different breeds, also the Rhode Island Whites only come in the Rose Comb variety.

Were you talking to me or Slowmoneyfarm? Yep, I know.

No I didn't know that - thanks. Had heard mention of the RI Whites, rose comb RIR and straight comb RIR. Have some of the latter - was interested in the others. Finding info on breeds/purebreds/showing is very difficult from the "outside" - all info appreciated.
