Rouen Duck thread

[5 Acre Rooster]

My rouens are free range and sleep with my chickens in the coop. The female has been with the chickens for over a year, she was adult size when I got her. And the male goes anywhere and everywhere she does.

Yippee! My Rouens are starting to moult ! They are almost 11 weeks old. How long does it take to complete the process? This is so exciting! What a learning curve for me, tho!

My rouens are almost 12 weeks old and are still molting. My boy is getting greener on his head and face, esp around the eyes, and he's getting lighter and some darkish red on his upper chest. I'm waiting for the full transformation to occur but it seems to be taking forever.

Rouens like most domestic ducks can't fly so no need to worry
