They don't look as big and "heafty" as Rouens. I say Millard.

That's an exhibition Rouen... not very common at all... the common hatchery type Rouens, ones most people breed since exhibition ones have many issues with fertility, etc, are more upright than mallards...

From that pic, Rouen would be more likely... true Mallards should only have a single eyestripe as ducklings while Rouens have 2...
