Round black spot (scab?) on chicken comb

One of my birds has a black round spot on her comb, see the picture below. Any ideas what this could be? I don't think it's frostbite, it's not super cold here (25-55ish degrees night and day). No other chickens have this or any other black spots on their comb.

Great, thanks. She is a bit smaller and more skittish than the others so that probably makes sense.
