Round lump on head

I have a Silkie that has developed a round lump on her head. Not sure what to do about it, any advice appreciated

Welcome to BYC. That appears to be a swollen infected ear. You may want to get some QTips, hydrogen peroxide (don't use more than once,) and some plain bacitracin or neosporin ointment, and try to clean the solid pus out of there. Sometimes an ear infection can be from mites, bacteria in the ear, or associated with a respiratory disease, so it is best to examine the ear canal. If you have a regular vet who would call in a prescription of amoxicillin or similar, that might be good also. Here are some threads to read for advice:
